BVA Football Champs Welcomed by Legislators
HARRISBURG – The Belle Vernon Area Football Team was recognized for winning the 2023 PIAA Class AAA Championship in Harrisburg Monday. Players and coaches had an opportunity to meet Pennsylvania State Reps. Eric Davanzo and Ryan Warner, as well as Pennsylvania Senate President Pro Tem Kim Ward and Sen. Pat Stefano. The Leopards beat Northwestern Lehigh 38-7 in December to win the team’s second PIAA trophy in as many years.

House Republicans: Gov. Shapiro Must Not Appeal RGGI Decision
HARRISBURG – Citing the loss of Pennsylvania jobs, inflated energy prices and lost economic opportunities to other states, several House Republican members today called on Gov.
